We have a cardio room downstairs to do your warm-ups and get the heart pumping prior to going into a really good workout. I do take daily stats of your body with my body composition scale (body fat, muscle mass, water weight, etc...).

My apartment is converted into a gym for those that might be too embarrassed to be seen in the gym or just wish to have some privacy.

My rates are half of a personal trainer in a gym.
But am also willing to meet you at a local gym here in Bellevue.

In todays working society our daily activities are less, which all leads to muscular dysfunction and increased incidents of injury.
